“252” is a visual embodiment of the complex and often contradictory emotions that arise in the journey toward parenthood. Composed of 252 seed-like forms arranged in a spiral reminiscent of a sunflower’s natural geometry, the number reflects the female reproductive cycle (28 days) multiplied by the 9 months of pregnancy — anchoring the piece in the rhythms of the female body.
Each seed contains a personal, intimate reflection — a feeling, a thought, an experience related to becoming a parent. These individually contributed stories form a unified pattern, illustrating how deeply personal moments can also become part of a shared emotional landscape.
The black background and organic spiral suggest both internal depth and collective unconscious, creating space for the viewer to engage with the piece on both a bodily and a spiritual level.
