What we carry

The installation titled What We Carry consists of nine ceramic spheres, each bearing a unique form of damage — fractured, scorched, cracked or gently opened. Every piece embodies an inner narrative, evoking personal and collective wounds that do not merely harm, but transform, open, and reshape our relationship to the world.

The tension between formal unity and individual differences gestures toward the layered reality of female communal experience. This work asks what it means to carry something — not only in the physical sense, but emotionally, across time and generations. Damage here is not a lack, but a story: a trace of survival.
